**About the role**:
You will be the key liaison and provide advice and guidance to staff and other senior professionals regarding all transport funding matters. You will use your excellent communication skills to be a core part of the ongoing review, revision and development of strategies, policies and plans in regard to transport funding.

**About you**:
With a proven background in a related role, you will hold a degree qualification in Management, Planning or a Transport related discipline and have a strong understanding of local government legislation, rules and guidelines. You will have experience in fund management and have the organisational skills to prove it. As a true problem solver, you will have the ability to anticipate potential problems and develop preventative action plans.
