- MASH operates throughout the lower North Island in the Wellington, Kapiti, Horowhenua, Palmerston North and Hawkes Bay regions._

**The Hours**:
This role is a part time position working every Saturday 7.30am through until 4.40pm.

As a Dual Diagnosis Support Worker you will be supporting clients by maintaining a high quality of life, a quality home environment, and encouraging full participation in all aspects of community daily life.
**You will have/be**:
- A desire to learn and grow within your role.
- Caring and kind in nature with integrity that can provide support to those from all walks of life.
- Previous experience working in mental health preferable
- Hold a current full New Zealand drivers licence and have reliable transport
- Flexible and adaptable to the changing support needs of our clients including support with cleaning, meal preparation and shopping duties.
- Empathetic, personable, and relatable with a willingness to listen, support and encourage people get the most from their recovery journey. This will require a level of emotional intelligence.
- The ability to take pride in a healthy home environment and ensure this is maintained.
- Be open to personal cares should the situation warrant.
- Eligible to work in New Zealand with a minimum of six months on Visa.
