We are looking for a passionate Health and Safety advocate to join our team. As a company we have made great strides in engaging our people over the last few years and we want to continue that journey and imbed these traits across the entire business.
It’s not about “doing” health and safety; it’s about promoting health and safety and making it “click” for everyone.
The SKOPE group of companies are diverse, with 300 employees spread across a manufacturing facility, design office and main office based in Christchurch, service companies in Auckland and Sydney, a sales team predominantly working from home around Australia, and a small group of employees as far afield as China and Dubai.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for working in conjunction with all employees to develop, implement and review health and safety practices throughout the company.
You will be an experienced health and safety practitioner with sound knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and experience with industry best practice.
Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and communication skills that allow you to work throughout the company, you will enjoy encouraging others as well as achieving yourself. A networker, you will be keeping up to date with best practices as it develops.
A relevant Health and Safety qualification is desirable.
