Are you an advisor looking for a step up?

Step into a Health & Safety Manager role and lead the development and implementation of health and safety strategies. Your role will be critical in promoting a culture of safety, mitigating risks, reducing injuries and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and uphold company health & safety policies and procedures.
  2. Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement effective corrective measures.
  3. Foster a proactive safety culture by providing training and actively involving employees at all levels.
  4. Create strong relationships internally to enhance safety outcomes.
  5. Analyse health and safety data for performance reports and monitor progress toward health and safety goals.
About You:
  1. Proven experience in a similar health & safety role.
  2. Experience with risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  4. Proven ability to create and execute effective safety initiatives.
  5. Strong organisational and leadership skills.
