Food Technologist

An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Kaiapoi plant for a passionate Food Technologist working in our New Product Development Team on a permanent full-time basis.

To be successful in this role you will have experience working as a Food Technologist ideally within processed meat, otherwise processed foods. A tertiary qualification in food technology or food science would prove advantageous.

You will be enthusiastic about developing new products and have the drive and desire to see your concepts and products on supermarket shelves. You will work as part of a team to help manage the successful progression of new products from concept to launch.

This roles requires you to have excellent communication, organisational skills as well as good attention to detail. You will show initiative and be comfortable to work with a wide range of people across the organisation. In addition you will display the energy and drive to really make a difference within this fast-moving and demanding environment.
