A key element of this role is to identify and problem-solve to deliver effective solutions confidently. **You will have the following skillsets**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification or related discipline and significant industry experience (ideally 6+ years) and knowledge are imperative
- Advanced troubleshooting and fault investigation expertise, as well as a security-first approach to design and implementation
- Good understanding of TCP/IP networking stack, including wireless
- Significant experience in Microsoft 365 management including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
- Advanced Windows Desktop and Server administration along with automation and scripting experience
- Linux and macOS experience are also advantageous
