**Senior C++ Software Engineer**

**About the Role**:
Youll be immersed in system design, development, testing, and customer support, all while working with an in-house language, compiler, object-oriented database, IDE, and runtime. This is a rare opportunity to work on a platform with a devoted user base and directly contribute to its future.

Your role will involve:

- Leading the configuration, testing, and implementation of systems, and providing technical expertise across the team.
- Guiding the development and maintenance of our object-oriented database and platform language.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring that solutions are robust and effective.
- Mentoring and supporting junior engineers, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing.

**About You**:

- Youre analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team that values precision and innovation. Youll bring:

- Extensive software development experience, particularly in systems programming and C++.
- Solid.Net and C# skills, with a proven track record of adapting to new technologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire others.
