**About the opportunity**:We are seeking a passionate trainee Sales Consultant to join our team in the Wellington CBD We often work with clients who have little or no experience with traditional recruiters, so it is your job to highlight the benefits of our service over the phone. If you are interested in working in Sales in the professional services sector this could be a great role where you will be working with clients and leads, making calls to generate new customers and business from existing customers.

Our speciality is our service - it is unique and allows us to work with businesses in all industries throughout New Zealand and Australia.

**To be successful you will ideally have some or all of the following**:

- experience in B2B telemarketing sales or similar would be great but not necessary
- Understanding and experience of recruitment could be an advantage
- Previous experience with sales systems / CRM software
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude with an unyielding passion for success
- Outbound telesales experience would be great - MUST enjoy making calls
- Motivated through commission and targets
