Checkout Supervisor

We’re looking for a **Checkout Supervisor **to join our **Countdown Blockhouse Bay **team.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
- Organising the daily operation of the checkout department roster
- Serving our customers in a warm and welcoming way
- Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring we maintain their loyalty
- Dealing with cash and payment transactions and errors

**Have the run of the floor in this busy and customer focused environment. As a Checkout Supervisor we expect you to have
- A customer and team first approach
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- A willingness to work on your feet for the duration of your shift
- Previous experience in a retail environment

**The shifts times and days for this opportunity are
Shift 1: Friday 1600-2130 and Saturday 1430-2130
Shift 2: Sunday 1500-2130
