**Senior FX Dealing Manager - New Zealand (Auckland)**

In this role, you will manage a team of Foreign Exchange Dealers who work with a portfolio of corporate clients on their foreign exchange requirements to achieve set business goals. You and your team are expected to actively service these clients on their payment requirements on both our online and offline channels.

In your role as Senior FX Dealing Manager, you will be:

- Leading and managing a team of Relationship Managers / FX Dealers to deliver business goals and financial objectives, while achieving positive outcomes for clients
- Developing, motivating, and coaching your direct reports for optimum performance
- Driving a culture of success and communicating those successes accordingly
- Overseeing and directing day to day activity necessary for achievement of KPIs and revenue targets
- Developing strategies and tactics to ensure revenue growth, client retention and client satisfaction by leveraging available resources
- Providing professional expertise in the areas of corporate foreign exchange and payment solutions to your team and clients across the portfolio
- Identifying and driving opportunities to upsell in order to maximize client performance
- Building internal relationships across departments and providing advocacy on behalf of your team and clients
- Ensuring a commitment to compliance and risk management is upheld at all times

You will ideally have:

- Knowledge and experience in Foreign Exchange / Payments
- Previous managerial responsibility, preferably in corporate FX sales
- Significant client / account management experience
- Ambitious, self-motivated, confident with high integrity and tenacity to outperform the competition.
- A strong commercial focus and a proven track record in attaining / exceeding revenue targets, both for you and your team.
- Motivated, detail-orientated, and comfortable in a fast-paced and target driven environment.
