**We** are on the lookout for a dynamic Fulfilment Manager to join our team**

**T**his full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, involves directly reporting to Store Management and leading a dedicated team. If you're ready to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact, we want to hear from you**

**What You Can Expect in This Role**:

- Leading, motivating, and growing a strong team culture that reflects our company values.
- Ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies and procedures, including Health & Safety guidelines.
- Supervising and coaching team members, building trust and respect within your team.
- Ensuring the correct location of products to maintain accuracy within the business.
- Communicating issues, discrepancies, or concerns to the leadership team with urgency.
- Helping your team excel through coaching, training, performance management, recruitment, and workflow management.
- Managing issues as they arise, escalating them as appropriate, and maintaining open communication channels.
- Utilising internal systems for PGS (Perform, Grow, Succeed), completing 1:1 check-ins every six months, and setting goals for your team.
- Working collaboratively within your team and across other departments.
- Having knowledge of the products we sell across retail departments
- Effectively planning, prioritizing, and managing tasks to ensure timely and high-quality completion of tasks and goals.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Experience in fulfilment or merchandising within a Leadership role
- Expertise in inventory management, time optimisation, and strategic planning.
- Full driver's license is required
- Forklift license preferred, as the role involves forklift work.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire your team.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required.
