As the Adviser Support you will deliver excellent support to the Advisers to ensure clients are covered to financially survive any insurable event. You will always have the best client outcomes in mind and will assist with:

- Resolving customer and client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting Advisers with the management and administration of new business accounts
- Generating reports and arranging finance agreements and invoicing documentation
- Providing efficient, and helpful service to customers

**About you**:
You will be a customer service expert with a keen interest in finance and/or insurance and will bring:

- The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients
- Analytical skills and the ability to problem solve and develop solutions
- An understanding of New Zealand insurance policies and regulations
- Knowledge of CRM systems and databases
