**Position: Office Support Assistant**

**Report to: Director**

**Work time: 10:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday**

**Job description**:

- Arranging meetings, trips, and schedules, responsible for meeting notices and records, preparing agenda and memoranda of internal meetings and meetings with business partners while applicable;
- Managing policy updating, drafting and releasing activity notices and posts;
- Liaising with staff within Company, outside organisations, or government agencies on business operation;
- Information researching and collecting, conducting background checks;
- Liaison with clients to assistant the efficient communications between immigration advisors and clients, reply to clients inquiries on time;
- Collecting information from clients, reviewing and proofreading clients information and correspondence with clients to correct any mistakes, confusions, to ensure clients compliance with instructions and requirements;
- Translate documents, rules, and policies;
- Liaison with student advisor to follow up students’ studying progress and attendance, collect students’ attendance, transcripts, and certificates in time;
- Manage service invoices, and keep petty cash balance sheet;
- Arrange clients’ documents be translated, and/or certified on time;
- Liaising with staff within Company, organisational units, service agents and clients to identify and respond to clients expectations;
- May assist in clients' settlement;
- May assistant in creating and editing online presentations;
- Planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction and improving services;
- Dealing with enquiries and requests that received and/or forwarded, referring potential clients to advisors within the business, and handling them when appropriate;
- Backing up electronic files and documents;
- Purchasing stationaries; and
- other duties as required by Director from time to time.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Belmont 0622: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
