Are you at the stage of your career where you feel ready to step into a busy Branch Manager role within the Wellington Region?

**About the role**:
Due to an internal promotion, we have a leadership opportunity for a suitable individual to be considered for the Branch Manager role in our Porirua Branch. Supported by the Hub Operations Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operational management of our Porirua branch, Leading a team of 20.

This role will see you lead and direct all activities related to people, safety, Customer outcomes, innovation, and growth to operations excellence. Coaching and developing the team to maximize sales, margins, and profitability all whilst fostering strong relationships with the team, the Branch network, and customers.

**About You**:

- We’re looking for a natural leader, someone who will ensure our people stay engaged and focused on our customers. Someone with a flair for investing in people and working with them to reach their potential. A strong believer in the importance of H&S within the workplace as this is an absolute priority for us.
- We will ideally be looking for someone who has some understanding and experience relating to the building sector, however, it will be your operational and Leadership experience that we will be most attracted to.
- Your ability to build long-term, sustainable relationships with customers and key account holders will be the utmost advantage to you in this role. As well as being an excellent communicator who can work with a diverse range of people.
