Our Sales & Marketing department is the heart and center of the hotel and you could be joining this great team as a Marketing Coordinator with us

**Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be**:

- Supporting the Marketing Manager where appropriate to develop national, regional and cluster campaigns for the six New Zealand IHG Hotels, ensuring compliance with brand standards and staying within budgets.
- Manage the relationship with suppliers and advertisers to deliver the campaigns, and work as required with the Australian commercial team to ensure brand consistency.
- Key responsibilities will include assisting with Social Media content, content creation, collaborating with Digital Marketing Manager to maintain marketing campaigns
- Driving transient booking

**What we need from you**:

- Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Tourism preferred
- Strong copy writing skills and attention to detail
- Tech savvy skillset, with a strong knowledge of social media platforms and Google Analytics/reporting tool
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong co-ordination skills; must be able to assist with projects from end-to-end and help prioritise jobs internally
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing channels and insights

Marketing experience within the hotel, travel, food & beverage, or retail industry would be an advantage.
