We’re looking for an experienced Territory Manager to promote our products and represent our brand across stores in the Lower North Island. With a strong brand and even stronger products (you remember, the Rhino living on our carpet) we pride ourselves on delivering the best results to our customers and celebrating our success. We’re constantly developing new products and marketing strategies to keep us ahead of the game and reaping the rewards.

You will travel the lower North Island territory promoting our exclusive products to our company owned and franchised stores as well as providing product support and training to managers and sales teams.

We are class-leading in our logistics and distribution operations based from our Central Warehouse in Auckland in order to provide the best product and service at the best price for our stores. You will be an advocate for our brand in the market and become a whizz with anything flooring related

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and increase the volume of sales in store for our Central Warehouse products
- Ensure in-store merchandising and point of sale marketing is up to date for your represented products
- Be the first point of call for all stores relating to Central Warehouse product enquiries and sales
- Conduct and co-ordinate product training
- Conduct comprehensive quarterly business reviews with stores with the focus on sales growth
- Liaise with interior designers, group builders and specifiers on products

**Key Requirements**:

- Commercially and financially astute
- Retail / trade experience desirable
- A strong sales background
- Proven experience working to targets
- Able to work autonomously
