**Description**:
A little bit about the role

As Senior Infrastructure Engineer you will be responsible for DDS IT and its Customers’ infrastructure & cloud platforms which underpin the respective entities’ business operations and Technology roadmaps. The role will have a strong working relationship with technical resources and teams across DDS IT including Service Desk, Field Services, Platform Services, and Managed Security Teams. The role will also have a strong working relationship with key stakeholders within DDS IT’s client base, including technical and management functions within various Service and Technology delivery towers.

**Your core responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
Maintain, troubleshoot and deploy server and hybrid technologies
Automate manual processes with CI/CD pipelines using PowerShell, Terraform, GitHub
Provide Level 3 Technical support and incident resolution
Contribute to planning and technical direction, identifying opportunities for business and process improvement
Be knowledgeable on the enhancements and maintenance of various EUC technologies.

**Skills and Experiences**:
A bit about you

You will be an experienced Infrastructure engineering professional who has over 4 years hands-on experience in enterprise scale infrastructure and cloud operations. You will have finely tuned functional and technical knowledge and like the rest of our team, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.

**You will also have recent experience and/or proficiency on**:
Strong years of experience managing and maintaining an IAAS centric infrastructure
Microsoft Active Directory, Certificates, Group Policy, DNS & DHCP
Expert technical knowledge of Microsoft Server Operating Systems
Experience in cloud compute including VMware vSphere 7, AWS, Microsoft Azure
Demonstrated experience with Automation tooling or CI/CD Pipelines
Familiarity with SQL Server (nice to have)
Orchestration, Automation and scripting with PowerShell, GitHub

Having relevant certifications particularly from Microsoft, VMWare, Azure, and/or AWS will be an advantage.
