**Job Description** About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Retail Shop team based at our site in Hamilton. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and coordinating staff and operators across both the retail shop and transfer station at our Wickham Street site. You will be overseeing all site activities and ensuring that they are being completed with a strong HS&E focus. There may also be an opportunity to step into the Operations Manager role when required.
**Qualifications** About you**:
To be successful in this role you will be a strong people leader with a real commitment to developing and motivating your team. Ideally, you have had exposure to operating in a large, complex environment, you'll be customer-focused, and have the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
