Are you
our next Comms Superstar?
We are looking for a senior communications advisor to be
based in Canterbury.
You will be part of our district and national Health New
Zealand comms team and provide important on the ground support to the local
team, as well as work on district, regional and national projects.
Health services impact all New Zealanders, and this is an
opportunity to support those who provide care. In health comms no two days are
the same, and the work is incredibly rewarding. You will lead and contribute to
important projects and see the positive opportunities to shine a light on the
work of our staff.
The health sector is going through significant change - and
where there - s change there - s high demand for clear and timely communications.
You will have proven communications experience at a senior
level in a large organisation and ideally have experience in internal
communications, media and issues management, stakeholder engagement, organising
events, briefings and have experience as a Public Information Manager as part
of an emergency response.
You will provide communications advice to staff from
throughout our health system and have the ability to work within tight
timeframes and budgets.
You will work closely with your communications colleagues in
our district with support available from your Team Lead and other colleagues
throughout the country.
