We are looking for 2 experienced Senior HR Advisors to join the Downer SI&CS, People and Culture team.

You will be part of a great National team responsible for providing effective, efficient and professional delivery of HR advisory services.
- You will work as an integral part of our operations teams delivering effective, efficient and professional generalist people & culture activities.
- You will be the first point of contact nationally for a number of internal business teams across our Facilities business.
- Your focus will be on building relationships and supporting the business embedding good people practices under the guidance of a HR Business Partner.

You will support operational managers and frontline staff on a day-to-day basis for your area of responsibility. This is a hands on, operational generalist HR role providing advice and guidance on effective people practices and championing delivery of a wide range of HR transactional services.

Our HR function is built on trusted relationships with the teams we support. We are looking for an HR professionals who:

- You will need experience in providing senior-level HR advisory support and ideally some history developing and delivering meaningful HR initiatives
- Has the skills to create real sustainable change by partnering with the teams you work with
- Can communicate with impact, build and maintain strong relationships and influence others to deliver great outcomes for our people
- Is high energy, positive, solutions-focused and is just as happy working on people engagement as well as being busy with front line leader policy advice
- Has the ability to influence and constructively challenge
- Have experience successfully delivering HR in complex employment environments
- Have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field

- You will have good working knowledge across HR including employee relations, performance management, staff engagement, and remuneration.
- Your strong communication and collaboration skills allow you to form effective relationships across all levels of the business.
- Your self-managing style will see you succeed in this role.
- You will bring with you a self-driven focus and be someone who can take the initiative in a fast paced and busy environment.
