Our client, a leading New Zealand owned and operated private sector organisation in the financial sector wealth management domain, is seeking a Senior Development Operations Analyst to operate, support and maintain critical production trading and clearing infrastructure for the NZ financial markets. This is an exciting opportunity to work on delivering technical solutions for all securities and derivatives trading and clearing business initiatives and testing functional and non-functional requirements of solutions extensively prior to release to market.

**Key Requirements**:

- Advanced level of business and technical knowledge of Trading, Clearing, and Settlement
- Advanced level of technical analysis
- Ability to build business relationships
- Proficiency in Python, PHP, C#, Java, HTML, Django, Perl, Javascript, Informix, SQL, Shell Scripting (bash)

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate, support and maintain critical production trading and clearing infrastructure for the NZ financial markets
- Deliver technical solutions for all securities and derivatives trading and clearing business initiatives
- Test functional and non-functional requirements of solutions extensively prior to release to market
- Develop, test and implement software changes and upgrades
- Work closely with the business and technical teams to ensure the smooth operation of the trading and clearing infrastructure
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
