The Opportunity:
Delaware North New Zealand is seeking **Food & Beverage Supervisors** to join our team at **Auckland Airport.**

In this role you'll manage food and beverage operations that meet financial targets, drive business growth and inspire our team to deliver memorable guest experiences while ensuring operational excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire a team, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to standards
- Manage inventory, stock and orders to maintain smooth operations
- Drive revenue by implementing upselling and promotional strategies
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Train and develop team members, fostering a positive team culture
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational standards

What will you bring?:

- Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ)
- Duty Manager Certificate (DM)
- Food Safety Certificate
- Experience in workforce mobilization and team development
- Supervisory experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Guest-focused, energetic, with strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
