As a **Control Systems Engineer,**you will provide technical service and support to Australia and New Zealand customers.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Provide timely response to customer requests for service and ensures timely execution of planned maintenance activities
- Co-ordinate contract personnel on site where appropriate
- Provide phone support for Emerson clients
- Undertake or raise technical investigations in response to customer requirements
- Develop and compile high quality technical investigation reports
- Provide technical advice to customers, arranging follow-up on more difficult matters
- To work on larger Control System implementation projects if required
- Deliver system and software upgrades and configuration often on site with our existing clients.
- Provide support to other Emerson service branches as required
- Use Service Management Office (SMO) operating procedures and templates or Project Management Office (PMO) for applicable work scope.
- Updating technical knowhow about product lines through own initiatives and company sponsored training.
- To maintain appropriate documentation for all service or project related tasks and submit in timely manner.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Onsite technical maintenance experience on a DCS (DeltaV preferred)
- Chemical or electrical engineering degree, trade certificate or relatable apprenticeship
- DCS diagnostic and problem analysis experience
- Fault finding, minor upgrades, general repair and maintenance
