**What will you do?**

As our Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

Driving Strategy**:Lead the product roadmap for SME and Agri insurance offerings, ensuring they’re commercially viable, relevant, and aligned with Aon’s purpose of better decisions.
- **Delivering Operational Excellence**:Manage the full product lifecycle — from design and documentation to compliance and performance — while continuously improving coverage and processes.
- **Leadership & Culture**:Promote wellbeing, inclusive leadership, and clear communication across the business, helping colleagues feel empowered and connected to our purpose.
- **Collaboration Across the Enterprise**:Act as a trusted partner to internal teams and external stakeholders, including insurers and clients — always with a “one team” mindset.

**Who are we looking for?**

We’re looking for a confident and commercially savvy professional who brings:

- Hands-on experience in SME and/or Agri insurance, with a deep understanding of the sector’s needs and regulatory environment.
- Proven success in product development and management, particularly in tailoring solutions for small businesses or rural clients.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills to assess product viability and performance.
- Ability to turn market and customer insights into practical, value-driven product solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and familiarity with insurance policy documentation.
- Project management capability and a tertiary qualification in business or a related field.
