We currently have opportunities at two of our centres
- Our largest centre,** Te Ako o Te Tui, **is our new purpose-built centre offering a modern open-plan design filled by natural light. Its Grafton Campus location is conveniently located and offers a nurturing environment for our tamariki.
- **Alten Road Early Childhood Centre** is a homely, yet spacious heritage style centre. Our home away from home is nestled in the heart of the University’s city campus.

With fantastic teacher to child ratios, a competitive salary in line with full pay parity (plus a 5-8k leadership allowance), additional sick leave, a Christmas shutdown period - plus plenty of other staff benefits - the University of Auckland is the place to be.

These roles are **full-time **(40 hours per week) **permanent** positions.
Centre opening hours: 7.30am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday.

**Remuneration**: from $57,358 to $96,820 per annum, based on pay parity assessment level, plus an additional 5-8k leadership allowance.

To flourish in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- ** A Bachelor of Education or Diploma in Teaching Level 7 (ECE)** **with** **current Full Teacher Certification**.
- A Strong understanding of programme planning, pedagogy, and curriculum, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education.
- Thorough knowledge of current ECE Regulations and a steadfast commitment to compliance.
- A positive attitude, sense of humour, and mature leadership style grounded in empathy and understanding.
