**Dispatch Team Leader (Forklift)**
This role is a 40 hour per week position starting at 5:00am-1:30pm
As a member of the dispatch team, your role will be involved in overseeing the dispatch team and ensuring that our Quality and Safety standards are exceeding by the team This role has many moving parts that will see you working alongside your team to achieve the best results while also managing standards. Other responsibilities include;
- Overseeing the dispatch team, ensuring training and inductions are completed.
- Managing employee performance and working closely with your Supervisor to develop and train members of staff.
- Ensuring Quality and Health and Safety standards are being adhered to whilst also seeking opportunities for improvement.

**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Have a minimum of 2 years previous leadership experience
- Have a valid/current forklift license
- Have the ability to motivate the team and show initiative
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Be a role model and team player
