This is a perfect opportunity for a Senior Auditor from CA practice to make the move into commercial and utilise their skills and experience in the corporate space.

**Job Description**:
Our aim is to achieve a level of business engagement which see’s Internal Audit viewed as a trusted advisor. You will be responsible for leading internal audits and undertaking related activities to support Chapter, Tribes and the overall organisation. This role will primarily centre on our corporate space here at Store Support Office (SSO), and will involve:

- Developing effective stakeholder relationships and engaging directly with the business to achieve the right outcomes.
- Executing on the annual audit plan and completing audits according to the plan.
- Preparing factually accurate and insightful reports and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Presenting audit reports that provide practical, value-add solutions and clearly define risk and control weaknesses and underlying root causes.
- Maintaining processes to ensure key stakeholders have responded to audit findings.
- Contributing to the development of the annual risk-based audit plan and the preparation of quarterly Audit Committee reports (including the identification and reporting of trends and insights).

**Qualifications**:

- Degree qualified in Accounting with hands on experience in auditing, coupled with a strong understanding of internal auditing standards and techniques.
- Strong business acumen - you can understand complex business issues, deal with ambiguity, and at times incomplete information. You have a knack for cutting through complexity to achieve clarity of thought and advice.
- Comfortable managing a varied workload with differing priorities and deadlines.
- Relationship management - this is your forte - building, maintaining and developing relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills - you can influence, challenge and educate, coupled with the confidence in presenting to senior management or Board level.
- Able to work with large data sets to identify exceptions and extract meaningful insights.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and MicroStrategy skills.
