Seeking a Junior/Intermediate level Engineer to join one of our Lending Experience teams, who are building a new foundational domain part of our event driven architecture and integrations to our modern lending platform.
- In this role you will:_
- Collaborate within your agile team to design, build, and ensure the quality of new features and services in.NET.
- Support our production API services, helping to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain robust automated tests (e.g., unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure our services are reliable and performant.
- Perform exploratory and manual testing to uncover edge cases and provide critical feedback before release.
- Learn our business domain and grow your skills across development, testing, and cloud technologies.
- You will be keen to adopt new ways of working with a constant motivation to improve.

- Key skills and experience we are looking for:_
- A strong curiosity for how things work and how they might break. You enjoy finding the edge cases, with a keen eye for detail.
- A genuine eagerness to learn and contribute across the full software lifecycle, from development to automated testing and deployment.
- Basic understanding of backend development concepts (e.g., APIs, databases).
- Basic understanding of software engineering practices and design patterns.
- Good documentation skills and ability to effectively communicate using online collaboration tools
- Nice to have:_
- Experience with building and testing event-driven systems (e.g., using Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks or libraries (e.g., Playwright, xUnit)
- Experience with on-call support for Production services.
