As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be an essential part of our dynamic Tauranga frontline team. At IR, our mission goes beyond tax collection - we fund and deliver programs that support and care for New Zealanders. What's more, a career with us isn't just about crunching numbers as you'll be using your customer-focused approach to enhance the overall experience for our clients.
In this role, you will be the first port of call for our broad range of customers, supporting our them to understand and comply with their obligations -and to get things right from the start.

The standard number of hours of work will be 75 hours 50 minutes per fortnight, to be worked between 8.00am and 6.15pm, Monday to Friday. These shifts are scheduled and based on business needs. The salary for this position is $59,560 per annum.
