**Mō te tūnga| Role Overview**

Pegasus Health is seeking a passionate and experienced **Clinical Team Leader** to join our **Primary Mental Health** team. This pivotal leadership role offers the opportunity to drive service excellence and continuous improvement across our Brief Intervention Service and Mental Health Triage Team.

As Clinical Team Leader, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight to a dedicated team of mental health clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accessible services aligned with Pegasus Health’s strategic vision and purpose.

Working in partnership with the Service Manager and Operations Team Lead, you will:

- Lead and support a team of 12-15 clinicians.
- Oversee clinical functions of the Mental Health Triage Team.
- Drive continuous improvement and service innovation.
- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture.
- Collaborate across Pegasus Health divisions and with external partners.

**Mōu| About you**

What you’ll bring:

- A recognised mental health qualification and registration (e.g., nurse, clinical psychologist, social worker, occupational therapist, registered counsellor).
- Refined leadership skills and experience in mental health services.
- Experience delivering talking therapy and behavioural change support.
- Strong knowledge of local mental health services, general practice capabilities, and community support networks.
- Ideally but not essential you will have experience in primary care settings.
