**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
- Follow recipes and ensure the quality and consistency of products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and precision.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or relevant role.
- Ability to work early morning shifts.
- Strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Attention to detail and high standards for quality.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
