We're looking for a **Learning and Development Consultant** to join a well-established L&D team on a **six-month fixed term contract.** Hours are flexible and can be either full or part time.

This is your chance to contribute to the continued development of our high-performing teams and support our learning opportunities across the business, with a primary focus on our corporate functions.

**The Role**
As our L&D Consultant you'll partner with key stakeholders to understand their learning needs to deliver the most fit for purpose learning solutions and plans. We look to provide a learning offering for every employee - from leadership to personal development, to technical training and talent development.

You will:

- Build relationships with functional leadership teams and stakeholders to really understand their learning needs and priorities.
- Design learning that supports the different needs across the business - both in house and partnering with external suppliers
- Facilitate training/workshops that support our L&D calendar
- Have program ownership of a diverse portfolio of learning that can include leadership development, organisational inductions etc.

**What do I need?**

First and foremost, were looking for someone who has a passion for people and supporting their unlimited learning
- Strong stakeholder management and partnering skills are essential. You’ll work closely with our wider HR team and corporate teams to understand the types of learners they are, asses their needs and create some tailored solutions.
- Confidence with facilitating and presenting is also key. You will need to engage your audience and communicate clearly to get the best out of the L&D experiences across various levels, including senior leadership.
- You’ll be support by an experienced L&D team, but we’re looking for a proactive individual, who can seek out initiatives that will read add value to our teams.
