BEST AUTOS LIMITED is looking for a smart Yard Manager to work in a 30-hour full-time permanent position based in Otahuhu, Auckland. BEST AUTOS LIMITED is a one-stop solution for customers to buy used and New Zealand cars with a wide range of options available. We are one of the leading Car selling yard catering walk-in & appointment-based customers. This is a fast-paced role with unlimited learning each day.

**Our Yard Manager will perform the following duties but are not limited to**:

- Checking the stock level & ensuring the stock level of cars is maintained at all times.
- Ensure the service standard of Best Auto Limited is always maintained.
- Review & analyse the market price for the cars available and set the price accordingly.
- Ensure the price of cars is in the best interests of customers as well as business.
- Review the trend of the market and the demand of customers and order stock accordingly.
- Set a special price to clear the dead stock that is in the best interest of customers as well as business.
- Promote Best Auto Limited on the Digital platform as well as design various marketing campaigns to increase sales.
- Execute the marketing strategies and train the staff accordingly.
- Understand the needs and desires of customers and provide them right advice on cars.
- Overall Monitor the financial transactions in the business.
- Understand the budget of the business and plan according to that.
- Conduct an interview of staff and complete the recruitment process.
- Provide necessary training to the staff members before sending them to deal with customers.
- Conduct a Staff meeting where and when required to ensure compliance, occupational Health & Safety Regulations are always adhered to in the workshop.

**What we expect**:

- Must hold a bachelor’s degree in management/business industry.
- 2-3 Years of relevant work experience is a must as it requires independent management of the complete car yard.
- Valid Driving License of class I in New Zealand or equivalent overseas license
- Excellent communication Skills including English Speaking, Motivational, and supervision skills.
- Good Command over computers including Microsoft Office tools.
- Good Team member with a Can-do approach
- Able to work on weekends, & Public Holiday (when required)
- Able to work on the rotational roster with an early start and/or late finish according to the

Workload What you get.
- Physically Fit & able to lift weights up to 25 kg.
- Must be able to pass a random drug test.

**What you Get**:

- 30 Hours Fulltime position but can increase during holidays and peak periods.
