Yard & Drive Thru Team Leader - Mt Wellington

**The Role**:

- You’ll lead and develop our vital front-line team in our Yard and Drive Thru area. Be responsible for driving excellent service delivery to our building and trade customers when they come through our yard and drive thru/pick up area. This role will be reasonable for controlling Inventory and stock management and despatching. Making up orders and loading onto our delivery trucks.
- Lead a team of 8 in the Yard and Drive thru. General maintenance to ensure Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements are exceeded.

**This is a full-time permanent role, working Thursday - Sunday, 8 hours a day.**

**About You**:

- We are looking for someone who has the ability to lead and is highly motivated to make decisions and act to continuously improve performance and safety measures.

**A Full driver’s licence is essential and Forklift experience is preferred.**
