**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced manager to lead the Christian Dior counter. Christian Dior has cat-walk inspired cosmetics, cutting-edge skincare and timeless fragrances. At the heart of everything they do lies the limitless love of flowers that inspired Monsieur Dior. They are the source of every fragrance, skincare and makeup created.

Your passion for style and beauty, along with your commitment to the highest standards of service will ensure all your clients feel fantastic while running a demanding cosmetics counter.

You will have a passion for prestigious cosmetics products, while also demonstrating high levels of energy and enthusiasm, coupled with the motivation and commitment to achieve targets. You will be a self-starter with a high standard of personal presentation and a desire to provide outstanding customer service.

You will be adaptable, you will use your initiative to keep on top of tasks, ensuring your area is kept well-presented and stocked.

Attending product training sessions to expand your knowledge is key for success.

Having a good teamwork ethic along with the flexibility to work across the cosmetics department is essential to assist the wider team when required.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

- Cosmetic retail experience
- Previous leadership experience
- Reliable, confident and passionate about beauty
- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoys leading a team and supporting their development
- A professional who takes pride in their standard of work and customer care

This position is 35.5 hours per week working Tuesday to Saturday.
