**About the role**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Operations Manager in Auckland. In this role you will be responsible for the management of service delivery to CodeBlue customers, ensuring the Service Delivery Team are a highly energised, proactive and customer focused team that delivers on all service delivery commitments. You will act as technical leader, oversee all technical services, projects and roadmaps to Auckland based customers.

As a Technical Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a large team for System Engineers. You will provide guidance and development opportunities to your team to ensure their growth and success within CodeBlue.

Main duties include:

- Ensure CodeBlue delivers an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure CodeBlue delivers on SLA and project commitments (on time and on budget).
- Manage customer escalations to ensure great outcome for the customer.
- Lead and develop a team of system engineers (from junior to senior)
- Ensure the engineers meet key KPIs and directly monitor and manage performance.
- Provide technical guidance and review/sign off Scopes of Work (SoW)

**Skills & experience**
- Minimum 5 years demonstratable experience at a senior level in Information Management and Systems environments.
- Proven experience working in a Continuous Improvement environment
- Analytical/problem solving skills.
- Excellent customer relationship skills and with key stakeholder in the business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven people leadership capabilities
- Proven ability to performance manage as required
- Ability to distribute and manage workload across the team.
