Te tūranga - The role In this newly created role, as the Senior Analyst you will play a key role in supporting the intensification of supervision of the financial sector. You will drive initiatives related to technology risk, cyber, and operational resilience. Alongside this you will;
- Contribute to the development of cyber resilience frameworks in collaboration with relevant stakeholders;
- Provide technical expertise to front-line supervisors, including for projects at regulated entities, support discussions and thematic reviews, and conduct peer analysis;
- Liaise with domestic and international entities, including regulatory bodies, agencies and working groups.

Ō pūkenga - About you You're an excellent communicator with a collaborative approach. You're comfortable managing and engaging with a large and diverse range of stakeholders. You have a true interest in the technology risk space, and are looking for a new challenge where you can provide input into, and contribute to the development of new frameworks. You will have:

- Experience working within the regulatory compliance, consulting, risk management or information security sector;
- A keen interest in operational resilience, technology risk and/or cyber;
- A strong analytical ability and sound judgement, with the ability to present this information in a clear and concise format;
- A collaborative and holistic approach to decision making
