Our client is looking for a UX Designer to work with the team on multiple projects that range from websites and mobile apps to digital interactives and displays.

**Role description**:
As a member of our client's team, you will be thorough and practical; you need to document your work and test thoroughly. As well as being a good communicator with great presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively to less technically minded clients and able to bring others on the journey with you.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborate with our team and clients to understand project goals, user needs, and business requirements.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys and usability testing, to gain insights and inform design decisions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and interactive mock-ups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that adhere to UX best practices and brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and design tools to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Be a champion for user-centred design and positive experience design.
- Communicate and present design solutions to clients and stakeholders, while incorporating their feedback and requirements.
- Assist with project pitches and new business.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to deliver projects and features which truly meets our client's needs.

**This role will suit someone with all or some following background/experience/qualities**:

- Education in user experience and human-centred design principles (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience working in an agency environment would be preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD and process communication tools such as Miro or Whimsical.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with usability testing and user research techniques.
- A portfolio showcasing your design projects and demonstrating your creative thinking and attention to detail.

**Bonus skills**:

- Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Experience with motion design and prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects).
