An exciting opportunity for a National Technical Specialist to join our growing team in a fast-paced environment leading Australia & New Zealand automotive industry. This is a unique opportunity where you will manage and support service activities nationally while building strong relationships with our dealer network, direct-to-consumer clients, and internal teams.

**Responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Escalate product issues and develop solutions to resolve supply challenges.
- Manage the loan tool program and support recalls, warranty cases, and safety campaigns.
- Collaborate with teams to process warranty claims and resolve dealer/fleet/third party supplier service complaints.
- Support service operations for GMSV and Cadillac NZ, including diagnostic assistance - where required.
- Maintain compliance with GM processes, service policies, and environmental standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Industry-qualified trade-certified mechanical engineer.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales operations, preferably with a vehicle manufacturer.
- Proficiency in IT diagnostic software and tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Valid driver’s license.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in sales/marketing or aftersales with a major vehicle brand.
