As a Centralised Office Specialist, you’ll be part of the finance operations team who provide outsourced office services to our stores. This is a role that drives efficiencies and builds relationships across our store network.

**About the role**

With our customers front of mind, you’ll provide service on all non-customer facing office transactions for selected stores. This includes banking, accounts payable, a range of store related reconciliations and some general ledger work all in SAP.

Key functions of this role include:

- Parked invoices triaging
- Vendor credit reconciliation
- Post bank upload reconciliation
- GL reconciliation and clearing
- Vendor management
- GR/IR
- Gift card/Christmas club reconciliation and clearing.
- Identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Highlight up-front process issues impacting on store accuracy/efficiency
- Living a continuous improvement culture within the team to ensure ongoing improvements for process efficiency and customer service
- Ad-hoc queries and providing coaching as needed

**About you**

With a customer driven mindset, you’ll utilise your strong communication skills to work collaboratively to resolve issues and prevent them happening again.

Your previous experience working with SAP financial processes (Preferably from FSNI store office environment) will ensure you deliver accurate and complete work.

Your initiative will enable you to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and coach and guide stakeholders in best practice.
