Lean Specialist

**How will your ideas contribute to shaping what's next?**

In this role you will engage with operations team members, leading lean improvement activities, looking at safety, environment, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and efficiency. You will facilitate improvements in processes and systems ensuring consistency across our network, alignment with defined improvement standards, the continued maintenance of performance standards, and compliance with all business requirements and regulations.

**What are we looking for from you?**

You'll have a genuine passion for re-imagining problems and continuous learning to help shape the future, along with:

- A curious mindset with proven ability to facilitate problem solving and continuous improvement of processes and systems
- Experience in facilitating and implementing change across a broad stakeholder base and in a complex technical environment where safety and compliance are a priority
- The knowledge, personality, and communication skills to rapidly gain credibility with and influence, key stakeholders
- Ability to articulate complex technical ideas and solutions in both written and verbal communications which are tailored appropriately to the audience
- A high degree of resilience and flexibility to manage constantly changing plans and priorities
- A qualification in, or experience with, Continuous Improvement fundamentals such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other leading CI methodologies
- An understanding of agile ways of working (preferred) or adaptable with fast learning skills
