ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Communications Lead to lead how Jade shows up, inside and out. You'll define and deliver the communications strategy that connects our purpose, people, and products to the audiences that matter most.

You'll craft authentic, engaging messages that strengthen culture, inspire employees, and build brand reputation. From internal storytelling to media and thought leadership, you'll make sure Jade's voice is clear, credible, and confident.

What you'll be driving:

• Lead Jade's internal and external communications strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and values.
• Build employee engagement through authentic, inclusive, and inspiring internal communications.
• Shape the company's external voice across media, digital, and social channels to grow brand reputation.
• Partner with leaders to communicate key initiatives and business performance with clarity and impact.
• Execute content and campaigns that highlight Jade's innovation, people, and purpose.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in senior communications roles, with responsibility for both internal and external audiences.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to move between long-term planning and hands-on delivery.
• New ideas, thinking and initiative, to support our transformation.
• Credible, confident, and collaborative, able to influence senior leaders.
• Passion for purpose-led organisations and building engagement and pride in a company's mission.
• If you've previously worked in technology this would be advantageous.
