Advertising Salesperson

They have an extensive distribution base and a reputation built over many years in the marketplace which provides an ideal marketing tool and direct access to relevant markets for advertisers.

We are looking for a sales focused individual, who is motivated to actively seek new opportunities whilst maintaining and supporting the existing client base.

**The Role**:

- Actively market advertising services to clients
- Actively seek new advertising opportunities
- Build and sustain relationships with existing clients
- Identify clients needs and actively respond to their enquires
- Provide advice and recommendations on suitable advertising mediums and formats
- Research advertising products
- Attend sales meetings and trade shows as required

**Skills and Experience**:

- An experienced advertising salesperson or someone who is driven & keen to build a successful sales career
- Experience/knowledge/interest in print and online media
- Sound knowledge of sales/advertising principles and techniques
- An interest in the transportation/heavy haulage industry
- Sales focused - motivated, driven, passionate
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Keen to build a successful career and develop within a niche sector
- Demonstrate effective communication skills
- Able to build rapport and trusting relationships with clients
