We have positions available in the Waikato, BOP and Northland.

We are an established company who provide professional experienced caregivers to work in providing care for youth, making a positive difference to the quality of life and wellbeing they experience. Our ethos for our company is about being the best to look after our clients, so that they are safe and surrounded by care and support. We have a partnership with the family, tangata whai ora and mental health staff to ensure that we reach the right balance for our client. Our clients also range from home care to working in care facilities, so each day can be different and not boring

We are looking for qualified carers who have a passion for what they do, who understand how to help our youth in need of a supportive environment, whilst keeping to the appropriate boundaries. We need people who can handle the balance between the mental health staff, the parents and the children and help the family to recover and move on with their lives. We are currently looking for staff in Northland, Waikato and BOP.

Essentials:

- Flexibility in your availability
- Must have own transport, full licence and previous experience with caring
- Whilst English is the predominant language spoken - and we need good speakers in this - we also have clients of other cultures so bi-lingual carers are desired
- Covid vaccinations up to date
- Have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
