Operations Analyst

We have a range of exciting opportunities within our APAC Operations department for financial administrators/analysts. With opportunities across four of our Operations teams, we are seeking a number of dynamic, motivated and driven individuals who will support the critical work that these teams do.

- APAC Settlements Analyst
- APAC Corporate Actions Analyst
- As an A/NZ Corporate Actions Analyst, part and parcel of this role will be to manage and process all corporate events that occur ensuring that the underlying beneficial owners receive the level of service in both accuracy and timeliness that owners would get if assets were held in their own name. The product range of assets we administer includes Managed funds, Equities and Fixed Interest.
- APAC Reconciliations Analyst
- The role and responsibilities of an APAC Reconciliations Analyst is to ensure that clients investment positions recorded on our FNZ platforms match the external positions held at our various external providers within the Asia Pacific region. This includes cash positions which are held at the various banking providers and for stock/scrip positions which are held at the registries, TD issuers, sub-custodians.

Exceptions found on any of the reconciliation reports need to be accurately identified and appropriate actions in place in order to clear the exception. These are to be managed appropriately through to resolution.
- APAC Product & Pricing Analyst
- As an A/NZ Product and Pricing Analyst you will be a detail-oriented and proactive individual who will play an important part in this crucial team. Part and parcel of this role will be to ensure that clients investment positions recorded on our FNZ platforms match the external positions held at our various external providers within the Asia Pacific region.

This includes cash positions which are held at the various banking providers and for stock/scrip positions which are held at the registries, TD issuers, sub-custodians.

Across all roles and teams, we are looking for the following skills and experience
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification, ideally with a financial services focus e.g. Finance, Accounting, Economics degrees.- Experience in Financial Services Operations or a similar role is a plus- Microsoft Office Suite experience especially Excel, Outlook, SQL- A collaborative mindset and enjoy working as part of a team when required- High attention to detail- Proven communications skills - both written and verbal- Have a growth mindset and a keen interest to learn and grow.- Enthusiastic and able to perform role autonomously while being a team player and contributing to the overall success of the team and wider business
