**Your role**:
You will bring your enthusiasm and passion to this busy Assistant Store Manager role, where you will be responsible for working alongside our wonderful Store Manager to inspire our dedicated team to develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture, communicate our brand vision, drive store results and develop a strong customer base in our unique retail environment at Kate Spade Auckland International Airport.

As an optimistic individual, with a can-do attitude, you will be required to display a strong sense of business acumen and be able to develop meaningful relationships through your outstanding interpersonal communication skills.

**Your Skills and Experience**:
Having at least a year's previous experience in supervising a team of at least 5, in a retail or service environment, is preferred. You will also need to have a strong sense of commercial awareness, great attention to detail and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Due to the Airport trading requirements, you must have flexible availability and be available to work early mornings or late nights on a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
