We are looking for a Store Manager for our DFO Manawa Bay store.

DFO Manawa Bay - Full Time Store Manager

Qualifications & experience

Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPI's by maintaining an exceptional level of customer satisfaction through leading and training a team of dedicated individuals who are focused on maximizing sales and profit.

The Store Manager is also responsible for managing costs, wage budgets, merchandising, inventory, loss prevention and stock takes and Shoe Connection culture.

  • Full time and part-time availability.
  • Previous experience in a similar position and industry essential.
  • Impeccable communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Impeccable presentation.
  • Strong administrative and stock control competencies

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the customer experience in store to ensure all interactions are in line with our premium customer service standards.
  • Seek excellence in all areas of the retail environment including stock management and visual merchandising.
  • Lead by example in all areas of the retail environment including an authentic sales process and leadership skills.
  • Reliable, customer service focused.
