**Te āhuatunga a te tūranga/What you'll do**

A Courts Registry Officer is critical to the successful daily operation of the district court.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

- Facilitating the smooth delivery of court hearings through **Court Taking**, which includes announcing the Judge's entry into court (in English and Te Reo Māori), calling cases and general administration of the court.
- Ensure court participants matters progress in a timely manner through the court system with pro-active **Case Management**.
