**Job Purpose**1) To increase foot traffic to ten thousand every week for Saturday and Eight Thousand per week for Friday.

2) To build the Wellington Night Market into a brand: innovative and cost efficient.

3) To obtain sponsorship.

4) To project manage festivals that is over 30000 People or more

**Job Responsibility**1) To always create an awesome vibe in the Night Market with foot traffic grabbing entertainments.

2) To create events/ ideas/ performance competition throughout the year that is within set budget with the outcome of increasing foot traffic and establishing the brand.

3) Organize the events/ be on the days to run the events /confirming performance every week and confirming and organizing special performance for events.

4)To ensure the Performance at the Night Market is always changing and always creative and liked by our foot traffic

5) Taking promotional photos for the Night Market when required

6) Do the Marketing Campaign for the Night Market overall and the event.

9) To help obtain Sponsorship.

10) To supervise and monitor marketing assistant

No experience necessary however you will need to have a range of marketing knowledge, and be a creative and driven individual. A marketing/commerce student in their final year would be ideal. Someone who has great time management skills and an interest in social media is a must.
