**Requirements**:
Good outcomes require quality research, design, collaboration, UX thinking and design crafting. As one of our Lead Experience Designers you will be part of a great team of thinkers and doers and get to collaborate with our amazing clients, designers, developers, testers, and PMs to craft digital products that you can be genuinely proud of.

You’ll have around 7+ years of experience designing digital experiences. You might feel more comfortable in the research, brand or UX areas, but you’ll have the ability to contribute across all aspects of design.

You’ll be a leader in the design team, and have the ability to take charge of design projects and balance client expectations. You have the ability to look at the big picture and whilst being able to dive down into the details and enjoy solving complex problems.

We will provide the opportunities, coaching and support for you to grow. You will enjoy being mentored, and also mentoring others, with the goal for you to lead small teams of designers on a project and contribute to the design direction of Alphero.
